Psychotherapy
The standard fee for psychotherapy is $330 for a 45-minute session. Treatment typically begins with a parent-only intake appointment to discuss concerns, gather background information, and determine the best approach for supporting your child. This initial meeting allows us to understand your child’s history and collaborate with you on next steps. Ongoing parent guidance is often an important part of treatment to help support progress outside of sessions.
Psychological & Neuropsychological Evaluations
We offer both targeted and comprehensive evaluations depending on your child’s needs.
Targeted evaluations are $4,900.
Comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations are $7,200.
Evaluation fees include clinical interviews, testing, scoring and interpretation, a detailed written report, and a feedback meeting with parents to review findings and recommendations. Reports are designed to provide clear diagnostic understanding and practical recommendations that can support children at home and at school.
Insurance & Reimbursement
Westchester Child Therapy does not participate in any insurance plans. Clients are responsible for the cost of services, which are paid out-of-pocket. Invoices are provided at the end of each month and payment is due upon receipt.
Many families are able to receive partial reimbursement for out-of-network mental health services. Families receive a monthly superbill that can be submitted to insurance for possible reimbursement.
To make this process easier, we provide complimentary access to Reimbursify, which allows families to submit out-of-network claims and track reimbursements directly with their insurance provider.

Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of services. You may request this estimate before scheduling services.
